Trying to stop subscription for the digital extras. Impossible. I had no problem to add the entertainment pack (also hard to understand what is included, so I wanted to try), but canceling just gives an error. The same issue exists on several phones. Also why the language is automatically related to the market? My app is in German, without possibility of changing it, just because I am in Luxembourg. German is my weakest language! Like in many other apps, language should be a choice of user.

Hi Killashandra, if you have any subscription issues then please contact our colleagues via the in-app contact function or 📞00800 9 77 77 777 and they will assist. The app follows your phone language, currently only notifications are sent in the countries language/s. We have asked our colleagues to look into adding a choice for this. Best wishes.

Won't load. Useless. OK deleted on advice and reinstalled. The limited functionality of app is now restored. Not impressed that Mercedes charges for phone connection when most cars it is free, not only that but with Mercedes one has to repeatedly pay for it and its not cheep, at £100s of pounds for integration. Google maps which has greater functionality then the Mercedes version & I cannot use it without repeated payments in the hundreds!!! Buy a car then re purchase parts of it for ever more!

Hello, I've been using the MBUX system in my A Class (2019 plate) without any problems, but today my profile automatically deleted, and I'm not able to restore any of my services, and now the notifications within the store are showing in German
