Annoying cause it keeps on popping-up messages that the car is unlocked continuously. Apart from that, and the fact that it takes a while before it understands the command lock-unlock, windows open-close, it provides with correct data regarding consumption, etc, vehicle location.

OTA commands (remote control) extremely slow, sometimes it takes dozens of attempts to either lock/unlock the car... allegedly due to poor cellular coverage, however same issues in other places with perfect signal strength. Due to the poor service, I got locked out of the car. I left the key in the car on the passenger's seat. After a while a notification came to remind me to lock the car. And so i did. But unlocking via app was not possible. Great. Lucky me with the 2nd key..

Very unreliable. Constantly telling me the car is unlocked when it isn't. And meaningless messages about the rain closing feature. And now the car is 3 years old I have to pay extra for some features . This is the first Mercedes car I have owned and the app just about summarises my overall experience of the brand.... overpriced and underwhelming.
